About Casandra
In 2014, I began my training at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida. From the very start, I discovered a deep passion for bodywork and was introduced to the world of energy healing. After graduating, I spent eight years working alongside a chiropractor, gaining extensive hands-on experience while expanding my studies in holistic medicine and energy modalities.

This combination of education, mentorship, and real-world practice shaped my unique approach to massage—one that honors the intelligence of the body and tailors each session to what my client’s system is asking for in that moment.
After leaving the chiropractor’s office, I continued to work closely with my clients while further refining my techniques and philosophy. Over time, I developed my signature class, TheraTouch™ Z, created to share the insights, methods, and breakthroughs I’ve gathered throughout my career. My intention is to help other massage therapists achieve the same powerful results with their own clients while empowering those clients with a deeper understanding of their bodies.

I believe massage becomes truly transformative when it comes from the heart and is guided by an awareness of the body’s multidimensional nature.
Education and Training
Casandra’s education and advanced certifications include Integrative Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) at the Upledger Institute, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) as well as energy modalities, BodyTalkTM and Access Bars®.

Since graduating, Casandra is a member of the American Massage Therapist Association (AMTA). They are a nationwide organization ensuring the ethics and professionalism of massage therapist as well as massage therapy advocates.
